Description


The Sales Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team in Saudi Arabia and at outstations to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This role provides day-to-day operational support to the Sales function, including handling queries from B2B/OTA agencies and corporate accounts, preparing reports, supporting group and charter bookings, and assisting with sales initiatives such as incentives, trade events, and sales blitz activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all flyadeal products, services, systems, and current marketing campaigns to provide accurate information to travel trade partners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales queries efficiently, maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Escalate issues to management promptly when necessary.
  • Monitor daily group and charter bookings using the group tool, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
  • Provide analytics and reports to support the Sales team in decision-making.
  • Act as the primary contact point for B2B/OTA agents, offering professional support through email, phone, and live chat.
  • Engage proactively with trade partners to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding of travel agencies and GSAs onto flyadeal’s B2B platform, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to provide insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and executing trade events, agency incentives, and sales blitz activities.
  • Adhere to the team roster schedule, with rotating days off.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.
  • Solid understanding of local and international airline market dynamics.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain trade partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of trade partnership procedures and sales operations.
